Gift Vouchers are available in fixed values of £10, £25 and £50 and can be sent to any email address. Add your own message and choose a date for the email to be sent; ideal if you're preparing in advance or need something last minute to send on the same day!

Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in the UK and applied to orders with UK delivery.

How do I buy a Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are available in fixed values of £10, £25 and £50 and can be sent to any email address. 

Buying a voucher online 
Select the voucher value you would like to purchase and add to basket.

At the checkout, you will be prompted to input the email address of the person you're sending the voucher to. You can also add a personalised message (remember to say who it's from!) and also a delivery date for when you'd like the voucher to be sent. This can be a future date or you can select the same day.

If you would prefer to send the voucher to yourself to print off, please enter your own email address.

Once payment is succesful, a unique voucher code will be sent by email to your chosen email address within 1 - 3 hours.

Buying a voucher over the phone
To buy a voucher for someone over the phone, please call us on 01302 744344. 

We'll need to know the value of the voucher, the email address of the person you're sending the voucher to, a personalised message if you'd like to add one and a date for the voucher to be sent by email. This can be a future date or you can select the same day. 

Once payment is succesful, a unique voucher code will be sent by email to your chosen email address within 1 - 3 hours.

Buying a voucher in-store
To buy a voucher for someone in-store, please visit us at Unit 2 Faraday Close, Harworth, DN11 8RU.

We'll need to know the value of the voucher, the email address of the person you're sending the voucher to, a personalised message if you'd like to add one and a date for the voucher to be sent by email. This can be a future date or you can select the same day. 

Once payment is succesful, a unique voucher code will be sent by email to your chosen email address within 1 - 3 hours.

Alternatively, hardcopy vouchers are available. Please discuss this with a member of our team.

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?

All Turners Retreat Gift Vouchers are redeemable online on our website, in-store or when ordering over the phone by calling 01302 744344.

  • Order Online: Simply enter the unique gift voucher number at the checkout on our website.
  • Shopping In-store: Show us your gift voucher at the till, whether it's on your mobile or printed.
  • Telephone Orders: Quote the unique gift voucher number when calling us.
Can I order or redeem a Gift Voucher if I live outside of the UK?

Turners Retreat Gift Vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed in the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
