 How to Order Online
Placing your First Order
Placing an order with Craft Supplies on line is easy.
You do not have to create an account first, you will automatically create
an account with us when you place your first order online.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
1. Find the items you want
2. Add the items to your Shopping Basket
3. Proceed to Checkout
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to
order.
Clicking on the shop category on our "Photo Menu" is the easiest way to
browse sub-categories of that product.
Our keyword search box is located on every page of our site, you can enter
product or brand name.
When you find the item you would like, click the image or name of the
item to see its product detail page.
Here you will find more information about the item, including the availability.
The Product Code of the item is listed at the bottom of the page, you
may wish to make a note of it.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Basket
Click the "Buy" button on the item's product detail page.
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, keep searching or browsing
until your basket contains all of the items you want to order.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking
the Shopping Basket button located at the top of every page of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping
Basket.
To complete your order, proceed to the checkout.
To delete an item, click the delete button.
You can vary the quantities shown by changing the value and clicking the
update button.
For your protection,
from the next screen onwards, your transaction will be secured using the
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
This means that any data you enter will be encrypted before transmission
over the internet.
You can pay for goods using any of these popular payment debit and credit
cards.

Choose any two items, and add to basket by clicking the "Buy" button
Click on "Shopping Basket" at the top of the page
Now you can see the items you have chosen

VERY IMPORTANT click "Cancel Order" button
If you were placing a real order, you would of course click the "Go to Checkout"
button and fill in your delivery and credit card details at this stage.
